The staff, specifically Samy and Ines, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They provided useful recommendations and even assisted with transportation during a strike. The check-in process was smooth, with a staff member personally escorting us to our spacious and comfortable room. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and a short walk to the sea. The breakfast offered a variety of options.

We loved the location, with easy access to the metro and buses that took us to popular areas like vieux port and la jolliette. The hotel was also close to a nice parc for kids and a large screen. The staff were friendly, with every staff member smiling at us and making us feel welcome. The lady who checked us in even personally escorted us to our room.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location near the metro station made it so convenient for me to explore the city and enjoy all the activities it had to offer. The close proximity to two metro stops meant that I could easily access both the city center and the beach. The staff here were absolutely wonderful, especially Samy and Ines. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and welcoming stay. They provided excellent recommendations for dining and even arranged taxis for me during a strike. The service here was truly exceptional!
